Rental PackagesFacility Rental
Includes: Tables and chairs, set-up and break-down, parking, & food tastings. We offer reduced facility rental and beverage rates for events less than 4 hours in length. MenusOur heavy hors d’oeuvres and dinner buffet menus start at $19.95 with seated dinner menus starting at $24.95 (average $19.95-$29.95 per adult). Includes: All buffet serving pieces and buffet linens and décor. View sample menus GratuityA 20% gratuity is applied to the menu and facility rental total. Includes: Professional event planning from start to finish, coordination of deliveries and set up, professional event director, service staff, personal attendant for the guest of honor, décor, table linens, and votive candles. Full consulting services and orchestration of your event: including floor plan consulting, design consulting, custom menu development and coordination of delivery schedule, “Schedule of events” development, supervised setting of the site and professional on-site management staff during your event. BeveragesThe Villa offers a variety of beverage options. Your package includes professional bartenders and glassware. No gratuity is applied. ServicesOur professional staff works closely with you designing, planning and executing your special event. Every event at The Villa is professionally staffed with an Event Director, Executive Chef and service staff. Holiday and Theme PartiesWhen a rental hall or hotel ballroom just won’t do, consider the Intimate ambiance of The Villa.
