Rental Packages

The Villa is the perfect place for your Ceremony, Reception, Rehearsal Dinner or Bridal Shower. Intimate European ambiance, fully appointed rooms, affordable gourmet food and unsurpassed service makes "The Villa" Kansas City's most unique and user-friendly event site. We offer complete packages that include private parking, specialty linens, decor and full planning, consulting and orchestration of your special event.

Rental Fee

• Saturday:  $2,200
• Friday:  $1,900
• Sunday:  $1,500
• Monday-Thursday:  prices vary

Includes: Private parking, tables and chairs, glass plates and stainless flatware, 5-hour event time and all set up and break down.

Menus

Our heavy hors d' oeuvres and dinner buffet menus start at $19.95 per person

Includes: All buffet service ware and buffet specialty linens and décor.

Gratuity

A 20% gratuty is applied to menu and rental total

Includes: Professional event planning from start to finish, coordination of deliveries and set up, Professional event director, service staff, personal attendant, All Décor, all table linens, centerpieces (optional), and votive candles.

Beverages

The Villa offers a variety of beverage options. Your package includes professional bartenders and glassware. No gratuity is applied.

Services

We work closely with you planning and executing your special event. Every event at The Villa is professionally staffed with an Event director, Executive Chef, Beverage Manager and service staff including a personal attendant for the Bride and Groom (or guest of honor).
